Breathe in, Breathe out bracelet

I bought the breathe in breathe out bracelet for me, but then I felt my daughter needed it more than me so I gave it to my daughter. Then her friend sadly lost their partner and my daughter gave the bracelet to her (to help her through the panic attacks) so I have ordered another one because they are quite lovely. I might well order another
One for myself in the near future.
