Part-time Social Media Manager (in-house)

We are looking for someone obsessed with Social Media, who can help us passionately tell our brand story.

We make a real difference to our online community, creating a supportive, safe space. We want to showcase this, and share all that we do behind the scenes, so our community feels even closer to us.

You’ll need a willingness to challenge yourself every day with content creation, creative copywriting, exceptional grammar, and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing content across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook & TikTok, with a heavy focus on creating video content.

• Have a creative flair and pitch exciting social media trends that can be tailored to our niche.

• Build strong engagements online through community management.

• Be an expert on the latest social media trends.

• Writing captions for all relevant social media content.

• Monitor Key Metrics such as engagement, website traffic and followers.

Experience working in Social Media content creation is ideal, but not essential, as long as you are a pro with social media, especially when it comes to video creation.

Our small business is growing rapidly, there is the opportunity for excellent career progression in this role, as well as the potential to go full time in the future.

Salary dependant on expertise and experience.

Part-time (2-3 days per week), our studio hours are Mon-fri 9-5pm.

We are looking for a part-time Bestie Happiness Manager to join our mission-driven small business.

Our mission is to make the world a happier place!

We are looking for a super organised, efficient superstar to help us grow and flourish as a company.

Responsibilities: 

  • Fulfilling customer orders and keeping track of existing and incoming stock.
  • Handling customer service emails ensuring that our service remains 5*
  • Growing our inclusive community with Social Media.
  • Sending email updates to our customers.
  • Adding new products to our e-com platforms.
  • Sharing behind-the-scenes content on our stories, TikTok and blog.
  • Checking and prepping new stock to become sale ready.

Job Requirements: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Content Creation Skills
  • Google Docs, Excel & Microsoft Word.
  • Facebook & Instagram.
  • Organised, efficient and a can-do attitude.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • A passion for great customer service, and social media.

Desired (but not essential):

  • Mailchimp for Email Marketing.
  • WordPress Website Admin.
  • Social Media Scheduling Tools.
  • TikTok creation skills.

TikTok Content Creator

Can you create exciting and engaging TikTok videos?

We are looking for a TikTok content creator to come into the studio and create high-quality TikToks using our products.

Must have:
– A TikTok profile showcasing exciting and engaging videos.
– A up-to-date knowledge of current TikTok trends
– Be a pro at making iPhone or Android videos.
– A passion for social media, and storytelling.

Desired (but not essential):
– Experience creating social media professionally.

This role is part time and flexible, it can fit around other work commitments and/or studies.

Would suit someone already working in marketing/content creation, or studying in this area.
