How to use these sticky notes
On the left-hand side write down what’s making you anxious. Then on the right-hand side write positive steps you can take to help you feel less anxious. If you get stuck ask for help in our friendly and supportive Facebook Group.
This pad is printed on recycled paper, measures 75mm x 100mm and contains 50 notes.
My friends and I are very transparent of our mental health with one another.
