I absolutely love my wristband and affirmation card. I wear the band all of the time, and when I am feeling stressed or unsafe, I run my fingers over it to remind myself how safe I am. Best thing I could have chosen for myself. I have put it on the arm that reminds me that I am loved and to stay strong. I think it's the perfect combo!
