Looking for an update on an order that was part of our freebie promotion, earlier this year?

Where we double your order with freebies from our warehouse, but we don't guarantee any delivery deadline, it just depends on when we finish sorting out our warehouse, and we need to stay on top of aall our other duties first, like Tiny Hug Club boxes.

I'll post updates on this page, and will send out monthly email updates to let you know we've not forgotten you, but please be aware there is a very good chance your freebie orders will not ship until 2026. 

Tiny Hug Club boxes

Tiny Hug Club boxes ship in the second full week of each month. We usually use Royal Mail to ship your Tiny Hug Club boxes, however under certain circumstances we may use other carriers.

If you’ve ordered a few different products, your order is likely to arrive in separate parcels.

UK & USA - up to 7 working days

USA & EU - up to 9 working days

Rest of the world - up to 25 working days

International Orders & Duties

  • Customs & Import Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applicable in their country. For USA customers, duties and handling fees will now be collected at checkout to avoid surprise charges upon delivery.

  • Delays in Customs: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.

Our Teemill Clothing Shop

All orders placed through our Teemill Clothing Shop will be fulfilled by Teemill, in their net carbon zero, environmentally friendly factory.

All Teemill clothing is made from natural materials and every product we make is designed to be sent back and remade into new products when worn out.

Keeping them in circulation and out of landfill.

Teemill aims to print orders within 48-72 hours of when they are placed.

Sending as a gift?

Don't worry, we never include prices inside orders, so you can send directly to the recipient.

To send any Sugar & Sloth goodies as a gift, just add the recipients address at the checkout.

Most of our goodies are printed to order, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

Clothing Returns

Wrong size t-shirt? No problem!

We hope you love your order, but completely understand there may be times when you need to return clothing to us.

You may cancel your order or return your products for free at any time, up until 28 days after we dispatch them for delivery to you.

We kindly ask that any items you return are clean, free from marks, and in a resellable condition. They should be free from signs of wear, such as pet hair, strong scents like perfume, or any other damage.

UK Clothing Returns:

For UK orders we offer a Freepost address which you should receive in your returns label when you complete the online returns form above. This means UK orders are free to return and you shouldn't need to pay any postage. 

If you don't have a printer, the email includes a QR code you can take to your local Post Office and they will scan it in for you.

Make sure you request and keep a proof of postage receipt for tracking your parcel online.

Alternatively, if the parcel fits, you can pop it back to us using your nearest post box, however, it's worth noting you won't have proof of postage for this, and returns may take slightly longer to arrive.

EU/Rest of the World Clothing Returns:

Once you've completed the online returns form linked above, received your returns label and have packaged up your items, you'll need to pay to post your parcel back to us.

The cost of returning a parcel from outside the UK will vary by country. Make sure you request and keep a proof of postage receipt.

Returns on all items apart from clothing

Please note nearly all of our goodies are now printed to order, we can only accept returns if there is fault.

All digital products are non-returnable.

What to do if my non-clothing item arrives with a fault, or is damaged during shipping (for clothing please see above). 

Oh no! Let's get that sorted for you asap.

Please pop us an email with a photo that clearly shows the fault, a photo of the outer packaging, and one showing the shipping label, along with your order number, and we can help.

Faults or items arriving damaged must be reported within 28 days of receiving your goodies.
