All orders placed through our Teemill Clothing Shop will be fulfilled by Teemill, in their net carbon zero, environmentally friendly factory.
All Teemill clothing is made from natural materials and every product we make is designed to be sent back and remade into new products when worn out.
Keeping them in circulation and out of landfill.
Teemill aims to print orders within 48-72 hours of when they are placed.

Order Processing Time
When we announced our shop closure date (closing on 31st August 2025), we got flooded with last orders! Thank you so much!
This means we currently need 6-8 weeks to prep and ship your order 🥰
We also have a quicker option to ship within two weeks, you can select this at the checkout.

UK Mainland Shipping
All UK mainland orders are shipped with DPD, with full tracking for complete peace of mind.
Standard shipping for orders under £50 - £4.95
Standard hipping for orders £50 and over - FREE 💖
DPD aims to deliver the working day after we ship your order.

UK Offshore / Northern Ireland / Scottish Highlands Shipping
Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands will be with Royal Mail Tracked 48, not DPD.
Prices are the same as UK mainland shipping.

Tiny Hug Club Subscription Box Shipping
Tiny Hug Club boxes are shipped with Royal Mail.
We ship these boxes in the first week of every month, and will pop you an email once your box has shipped.

We love shipping goodies all over the world via our Teemill Clothing & Accessories shop.
Other Sugar & Sloth Goodies (stationery, art etc)
We can ship these to the UK, Northern Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, all non-EU European countries and Japan.
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail with end-to-end tracking.

Want to return your goodies?
We want every bestie to be delighted with their goodies, however if you have any problems with your order please email help@sugarandsloth.co.uk.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at the address above within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a return for you.
Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
Please understand that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items, as we are a small independent business and operate on small margins to bring you affordable and original gifts.

My item is faulty
I’m so sorry to hear this.
Each item is packed by hand, by me, or our small team and carefully checked before shipping.
We package our items carefully, however very occasionally items can become damaged during delivery.
