All UK mainland orders are shipped with DPD, with full tracking for complete peace of mind.

Shipping for orders under £50 - £4.95

Shipping for orders £50 and over - FREE 💖

DPD aims to deliver on the next working day.


UK Offshore / Northern Ireland / Scottish Highlands Shipping
Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scotish Highlands will be with Royal Mail Tracked 48, not DPD.

Prices are the same as UK mainland shipping.


Tiny Hug Club Subscription Box Shipping
Tiny Hug Club boxes are shipped with Royal Mail. \

We ship these boxes in the first week of every month, and will pop you an email once your box has shipped.


International Shipping

We love shipping goodies all over the world!

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail with end-to-end tracking.

We want every bestie to be delighted with their goodies, however if you have any problems with your order please email

If you would like to return an item, please email us at the address above within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a return for you.

Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.

Please understand that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items, as we are a small independent business and operate on small margins to bring you affordable and original gifts.


My item is faulty

I’m so sorry to hear this.

Each item is packed by hand, by me, or our small team and carefully checked before shipping.

We package our items carefully, however very occasionally items can become damaged during delivery.
