Hi, I’m Anita, the creator of Strategy for Happy.
After years of pushing through overwhelm while building my business, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that made me completely rethink how I was living.
That moment led me on a journey into neuroscience, psychology, and spirituality, and eventually to qualifying in counselling, all in search of a calmer, happier way to live.
Strategy for Happy is the result.
A simple, practical system built from real experience, designed to help you feel more in control of your mind, your emotions, and your life.

Strategy for Happy is for anyone who feels ready to take more ownership of their happiness, calm their busy mind, and build a life that feels more joyful, grounded, and intentional.
The journey is designed to be easily do-able in under a month, then you have the 30 day blueprint.
It's totally up to you how long you would like to stay in the Clubhouse, some choose to stay for the community support and live videos, but it's completely optional.
For a limited time Strategy for Happy is a one-off payment of £99 (including 1 month of free Clubhouse membership).
Then £15 a month for Clubhouse membership, you can cancel at any time.
Strategy for Happy is split out into small, bite-size videos to make it easy to consume and understand.
Whilst people with ADHD may find some exercises more challenging, they have even more to gain from learning to quite their busy brain.
No, Strategy for Happy is not therapy, nor is it a replacement for therapy.
Although some of the tools come from therapists’ toolkits, and a lot of the work we do may feel therapeutic, this is not mental health treatment, medical advice, or a substitute for working with a qualified professional.
Strategy for Happy is a practical happiness and mindset programme designed to help you build self-awareness, manage stress more intentionally, challenge limiting beliefs, and create daily habits that support a calmer, happier life.
