Strategy for Happy is a carefully designed system of intentional actions and practices that work together to nurture your happiest self.
We're talking tools to navigate life, limiting beliefs & BIG dreams!
It’s about reclaiming control of your own happiness, learning to navigate emotions, manage stress in meaningful ways, and safeguard your inner peace while achieving your biggest goals and dreams.
We're talking about finally living your BEST F**KING LIFE because that's exactly what you deserve.
Strategy for Happy is a culmination of over 10 years of study, exploration, and discovery.
What started as a purely selfish journey, a quest to end my own personal battle with anxiety and other struggles, has grown into my own personal strategy that I can’t wait to share with you.
These are the actions that have saved me.
I have studied over 300 books on life, happiness, mindfulness and psychology, from the philosophies of Aristotle to the Dalai Lama.
I’ve stayed with Buddhist monks in Korea and Japan, undergone hypnotherapy and shamanic guided meditations.
From playing volleyball with farming families in Peru, to swimming in icy lakes with the people of Finland, famously the world’s happiest country, I’ve witnessed happiness in many forms.
I’ve also delved into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and other therapeutic techniques.
Along the way, I’ve tested (and often failed at) many theories, strategies, and yes, even a bit of “woo-woo magic.”
This is how I found the strategies that saved me.
These strategies did not start with me, instead, they’re a blend of eerily universal themes and timeless wisdom found across the globe, from ancient teachings to modern scientific insights.
Some of these principles have been passed down for thousands of years, while others are rooted in cutting-edge research.
Together, they form a powerful toolkit for creating a life of true happiness and fulfillment that I can't wait to share with you.
