I got this to add a little mental health boost to my walking stick, for when i'm feeling anxious. I absolutely love having them there to fidget with and to keep me grounded and positive

My bag charm has become a go to - I don’t always even need to look at it, just fiddling with it helps to ground me. My sweary affirmations are amazing too - I’ve always had more “traditional” cards but turning one of these over every morning helps my day get off to a fantastic (and often profanity filled, which I f***ing love!) start.
