Fab cute little toolkit!

Have been using this with my threenager! 😅 It's a really tactile visual reminder of the grounding technique and has helped de-escalate a fair few meltdowns so far. We talk through each stage with the keyrings (she's supervised so is fine with the small parts!). She has started asking for it now to help herself when she is overwhelmed. Thank you!

Bought this for my daughter to help her regulate her emotions. Love that these are wooden, well made and beautifully decorated with little characters. She has this on her school lanyard so that she can use it discreetly. Really recommend this.

When I'm feeling anxious/starting to spiral into a panic attack this is so useful. I very rarely leave the house now only really for medical appointments or occasional trips accompanied by my mum as I struggle to go anywhere on my own. I am always very anxious before and during and wiped out after! Having this helps me focus and calm.
