Really love this notepad, little bit annoying that the pages don’t stay attached to the binding but otherwise I’m really happy with it. It’s been helping me deal with anxious thoughts lots recently.

I absolutely love the anxiety notepad. I’ve had CBT many times but to have something with so many of the tools and to go from a negative thought to reframing it into a positive one is brilliant. I’ve told me therapist about it and have referred so many of my family members who flourish with anxiety to use it too! Would highly recommend the product and of course this lovely store. 🥰
