There are two editions to choose from, Calm and Happy - or why not go for both?
The Calm Edition
Take me with you when you want to feel calm.
I am your physical reminder that you are in control of your feelings.
When you start to feel anxious or worried, the first step is to notice and name the feeling.
Now breathe in and say to yourself “I am safe”, then breathe out and say “I am calm”.
Repeat as needed.
