What to do if your Christmas order from a small business is delayed

Thank you so much for supporting small businesses this Christmas, you’re an amazing human.

2020 has been a scary year for everyone, including small businesses, and you’re the only reason we’re still here!

Online shopping has provided businesses a lifeline this year, and allowed us to carry on sending out goodies, whilst keeping our customers, and ourselves safe.

Unfortunately due to the huge amount of online shopping going through Royal Mail this Christmas, and our posties social distancing and self-isolating, there are delays within the postal system. If your order does arrive after Christmas, I’m so so sorry. I hope your loved one can enjoy the gift after the big day, and I know it’s not the same, but I’ve created some downloads to print and wrap /or email.

These cute printables let your bestie or fam know their gift is on the way, and how amazing you’ve been in shopping small.

There’s a version for Sugar & Sloth customers, and a version you can customise for any gifts you’ve bought from other businesses too.

If you’re a small business owner please feel free to use the customisable version for your own customers.
